About
I have always had a love for love and an innate curiosity for the human condition. From a young age, I found myself drawn to people, to what moves us and to the unseen dynamics that shape our inner and relational worlds. I asked 'alot' of questions.
It’s no surprise that my life’s work has become devoted to growing self-awareness through Self Enquiry - freeing what gets in the way of love and authenticity - and expanding presence through Self Recognition Meditation. This is the foundational work that shapes how you meet yourself, others and life itself - influencing the depth of love, presence and freedom available in every moment.

MY STORY
The age old hero's journey
In my mid-twenties, I experienced a complete unraveling - heartbreak, the loss of long-time friendships and the ending of the life I knew. After four years living in London and traveling oversseas, I found myself back in my hometown of Brisbane, feeling as though everything familiar had fallen away.
It was a dark night of the soul that pinned me into a corner and left me with only one choice - to look within.
Life has a phenomenal way of reflecting through our circumstances and relationships, showing us where we’re not yet free inside. This moment thrust me into deep meditation practices that, in truth, saved my life. From that point on, I began studying body–mind psychology and bodywork - learning to water my own garden from the inside out.
As I immersed myself in the study of the body and mind, something deeper began to reveal itself - that true healing doesn’t come from fixing or improving the self, but from becoming away of and questioning the self that suffers.
The power of a sincere question reveals what is not true and what is not you - and this a life transformign moment The power of enquiry opens the door to a letting go process which is the perfume of freedom, rather than the adding method that .
The power of a sincere question reveals what is not true and what is not you. It opens the doorway to letting go, a natural 'removal process' - rather than adding more layers of effort, identity or self-improvement that are often a compensation for the core wound of 'feeling not enough'
This marked the beginning of what would become the heart of my life’s work: Self Enquiry.
Through this life changing work, I learned to take full accountability for my unconscious thoughts, core wounds and conditioning — to recognise the identity of the “personal self” that created suffering and relational drama. I began to meet uncomfortable emotions directly, rather than projecting them onto others. Over time, I found myself communicating from authenticity instead of fear, pleasing or avoidance.
This was the power of Self Enquiry and Self Recognition Meditation — the work that continues to transform how I live, love and relate.
It feels like a celebration now to look back, because it was during that journey ten years ago that I met Chris. Together, we began developing the framework that became the foundation of our shared work — Freedom Together. Over time, our friendship naturally evolved into a romantic union built on the same principles of awareness and enquiry.
This framework allows what we call Love Shared — a relationship grounded in truth rather than fear, where the old patterns of attack and defend, guilt, resentment, control and blame can dissolve. I cry in gratitude almost every day for what we get to experience and share in this lifetime.
I also want to honour the teachers who have shaped my path — Mooji, with whom I had the privilege of staying at Monte Sahaja this September, marking a ten-year cycle of devotion to the inner witnessing he so effortlessly points to; Byron Katie, for the simplicity of questioning thoughts believed in; and Michael Singer, for showing the gentle power of surrender.
And of course, my beautiful partner Chris — my greatest mirror and teacher in this life, who continues to remind me of the unshakable love that has never left.

OUR STORY
When I met Chris over ten years ago, something unspoken recognised itself. It wasn’t the kind of love that tries to become something - it was the kind that simply is. Looking back now, it’s clear this was the beginning of a love rooted in being.
Early on it stayed as friendship, it wasn’t romantic. It was the love that arose and naturally evolved through a shared devotion to truth, inner work and the journey of awareness. A connection rooted in authenticity - where growth, healing and laughter became our natural way. There was an unspoken foundation of trust, respect, and a willingness not to control or change each other through our own unconscious wants, preferences or hidden insecurities.
Over time, that foundation naturally deepened into a romantic relationship unlike any we’d known before - one not built on need, control or expectation, but on love, beyond conditions.
We share a mutual commitment to taking responsibility for our core wounds, conditioning, unconscious beliefs and uncomfortable feelings. This allows us to meet each other in the trust and respect of returning to our natural state - and to share love from there.
Love, not as possession, but as presence.
This has become the essence of our shared work — Freedom Together — a living expression of what’s possible when two people choose to meet life, and each other, with awareness, enquiry and reverence.
OUR MISSION
FREEDOM TOGETHER
We’ve devoted our lives to the work of Enquiry - softening everything that gets in the way of love, connection and authenticity.
Together, over twenty-three years of experience has shaped the evolution of our simple yet profoundly deep process & practice - one that gets to the root of all personal suffering and relationship drama.
At the heart of our vision is a world where the work lives in every home - where we remember how to treat ourselves and others well, and to live in love and freedom - together.
The heart of our vision is a world where our Enquiry Process and Practice are in every household, where we remember to treat ourselves and others well, to live in love, as love itself.
Through this work, we cultivate:
-
Greater internal agency and emotional resilience, where freedom is experienced from the inside out.
-
The capacity to be with and process uncomfortable emotions and heal unresolved wounds and trauma.
-
The ability to disidentify from limiting unconscious beliefs and survival-based perceptions that shape our choices, behaviours, and communication.
-
The ability to interrupt survival-based patterns that drive stress, conflict and suffering.
-
Because the quality of your internal state reflects in the quality of your intimate relationships.
The essence of Freedom Together is the currency of connection - the true wealth of our times.
In an age where technology can replicate almost everything but presence, connection and love remains our most sacred resource.
